What are the branding changes?
Our branding is changing, bringing with it a whole new name, look and feel.
What are the email and website changes?
Email addresses and websites will change to reflect the domain pipinsurance.com.au.
Have the product names changed?
Our product names have changed to be clearer – Landlord Property Insurance (Landlord Property Protection) and Holiday Property Insurance (Holiday Home & Short Stay Property Protection) .
Are there policy wording changes?
A newly branded Policy Wording will come into effect from the renewal date of your policy. However note there are no functional changes – they are purely cosmetic.
Are there changes to bank details?
Our BPAY Biller code name will change from UKAWA to ‘PIPINS’ but all bank details will otherwise remain unchanged.
